Amy has more than 10 years’ experience in editing. She was the Chief Editor of Pace Publishing Limited from 1995 to 2001, a wide range of design related books and magazines including 雅舍 were published. She was the editor of Designed in Hong Kong, published for the Hong Kong Design Centre and the Trade Development Council, featuring the outstanding works of Hong Kong designers. One Peking was published for Glorious Sun Holdings Limited as a record for this award winning architecture. The latest interior design publication was PAL’s Concept completed in 2015.

As the Research Manager of Asian Cities Research Centre Limited from 2007 to 2013, Amy had conducted extensive fieldwork studies on qualitative in-depth interviews, report writings and quantitative questionnaires studies.  Projects included the Customer Opinion Surveys for the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund, Survey on the Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme and Energy Consumption Survey for the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.

Recently, Amy has devoted herself to Narrative Practice, a respectful, non-blaming approach to counseling and community work, which centres people as the experts in their own lives. She will complete her Master of Narrative Therapy and Community Work by the end of 2016.

Amy graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in 1991, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature and minoring in Translation.
